At Moto Burner, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.


1. Returns Window

You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.


2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused, and resalable condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact


3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Intimate or sanitary products (for hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted once opened)


4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at motoburner.official@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Please include your order number and reason for return.

⚠️ Do not send items back without prior authorization. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchanged item differs in price, we will coordinate any additional payment or refund.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you. Please keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved.
